Entries:
Following receipt of the Contest Entry Fee, You will be asked to send 4 photos of your Reborn Baby to us via email.
By sending in your pictures, you are authorizing us to be able to post and promote your pictures and nursery in the contest. We will accept entries from around the world, however this contest is available to members only.Timing for Entries: Entries (with pictures) can be submitted until
June 15, 2008 for submission in the January contest in Orlando. You need not be present to win. Finalists will be announced after the IDEX Show by July 15th and will be posted here on the Excellence in Reborn Artistry™ website. Club Members will be included in the final voting process.
Judging:
We will put together a panel of 3 judges who will rate their top 3 favorites for each category to promote at the show. The judges votes will determine the 3 finalists in each category and count for 40% and the public voting will count for 30% and the Club Member Voting of the Finalists will count for 30%. We will have 5 winners, one for each category. We reserve the right to post more winners by additional categories (Club Votes versus Public Votes) should we deem it necessary. We will post the Names & Nurseries once the contest is over the voting is completed and the winners have been selected.Reward to the Winners:
The winners in each category will have their entry posted on the Club WebsiteThe Winners will also have their Reborn Doll Entries and Bios published in WHOs WHO in Excellence in Reborn Artistry™ Book, as well as have their Babies promoted in the Excellence in Reborn Artistry ™ 2009 Reborn Artists Calendar... Artists will also receive a Club Contest Winner Logo for use on listings and their website.
